Ingredients (2 persons)

  • Baby Spinach & young salad sprouts

  • Multicolour Cherry Tomatoes

  • Crisp Apple

  • Radish

  • Radish Sprouts

  • Feta

  • Savoury granola: GR’EAT Glory

  • Basil

  • Balsamico Cream

A perfect recipe for Indian Summer, refreshing & crisp!


  1. Prepare the dressing (here’s my favourite dressing recipe):

    Whisk the ingredients, by incorporating the ingredients in the following order:

    • 1 tbs ancient mustard

    • 3 tbs olive oil

    • 2 tbs balsamico vinegar

    • 1 ts honey

    • Multicoloured pepper

  2. Place the salad in a bowl & mix with dressing. Place in a deep plate.

  3. Finely cut the apple length-wise, cut the cherry tomatoes in two, finely slice the radish lengthwise.

  4. Add the young radish sprouts, crumble the feta (baked it 15 min at 180°C with thyme in the oven… delish!).

  5. Sprinkle with savoury granola (I use GR’EAT Glory)
