Edible flowers: borage (fresh; I bought a little plant at the market or dried)
Sea salt (Lemon & Rosemary salt)

Place the buratta on a beautiful large plate.

Here is the 10 seconds way to do it:
1. Cut it in half as normal
2. Push out the center a bit
3. Start whacking the back of it with the back of a wooden spoon...Vitamin rainfall 😋
Add pomegranate on top of the burrata, add balsamico vinegar, olive oil, black pepper & seasalt to taste.
Sprinkle the burrata with savoury granola (GR’EAT granola Glory)
Finish off with fresh mint leaves & edible flowers. Eat immediately. Share under good company!
